Interior Decorating Consultations

At this initial meeting, we can bring various samples pertaining to your interior design dilemma or upcoming decorating project. We can discuss how to put together finishes such as counter tops; back splashes; tiles and flooring as well as providing ideas for furniture; flooring; fabrics and paint colour in order to create a fabulous colour palette & cohesive interior design that best suits your style. Our initial consultations for design advice can help get you focused with establishing a plan to simplify your life.

Elite Decorating Package

Complete Custom Design plans with 3D drawings of layout & specified furnishings tailored just for you.  We carefully source and select all your finishes, furniture, fabrics and paint selections.
 
This package includes:
 
Digital presentation package with 3D design renderings with 2 options for layout
Moodboards with furniture, finishes, fabric & paint/trim selections
Pricing lists with sizes of furniture, retail cost and your designer discount pricing
Scope of Work and Considerations for the Design
One option for furnishings and paint colours
1- 2 hour presentation meeting
1 revision to layout only
 
One room elite decorating design packages start from $2500 plus HST and takes you to the point of presentation. You will see your new beautiful space via our renderings & virtual tour, feel the designer fabrics we bring to you and understand how fabulously everything works with the selected paint colours we’ve chosen for you.
 
We continue working with you after the presentation meeting to implement the entire plan, including procurement, ordering & tracking items, arranging deliveries and styling for a full reveal!  This phase of the design process is charged at our hourly rate. Please note that the initial consultation fee is separate.  A return visit for a measure may be required & is an additional fee.

Kitchen and Bath Package

Don’t take risks when choosing finishes for your home; one small mistake in the selection process can compromise an entire design. We assist you in choosing finishes for your kitchen, bathrooms, main floors or your entire home so you’re not overwhelmed by all the choices.
 
This can include fixed elements such as:
 
     Flooring Options – Selecting hardwood
     Floor or Wall Tiles
     Backsplash & Grout Recommendations
     Countertops & Profile Selections
     Cabinetry finish/colour/style/hardware choices
     Lighting
     Paint colours for walls, ceiling & trim
     Plumbing Fixtures such as faucets, sinks, tubs & shower controls
Pricing starts at $1200 for 6 hours plus the initial consultation meeting to discuss & determine your preferences and investment amount.

You will benefit from a 3D Rendering and Design plan package if you are:
Looking to start an interior design or decorating project, but are not sure how to layout the space
 
Redesigning a kitchen, bathroom or entire floor and exploring the possibility of moving walls.
 
Decorating a room with a clean slate. You require all new furnishings and perhaps custom built ins but you need to get a better understanding of the size of items to purchase and an idea for colour palettes.
 
This package is ideal for the client who just needs the recipe and wants to complete the project on their own time.
